Lotta brings together a background in philosophy, education, journalism and yoga with a genuine passion for supporting others on their personal journeys. Holding two master’s degrees and working as a teacher, she combines a thoughtful and practical approach with a warm and compassionate presence.

Since 2016, Lotta has been teaching yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy, drawing inspiration from both traditional teachings and academic study. Her training includes studies and practice in India, alongside continued study of yoga philosophy, bhakti-yoga, and South Asian wisdom traditions.

Students often describe her teaching style as clear, approachable, and easy to understand.

Together with Michael, she also writes about yoga, spirituality, and bhakti.

An experienced traveler who has visited more than forty countries, Lotta brings curiosity, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for different cultures and spiritual traditions.

Throughout the pilgrimage, Lotta supports participants, assisting with communication, preparation, and care. She is known for her kindness, sincerity, and ability to make others feel welcome and at ease.
