• A 500 € non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on the pigrimage.

• A clear copy of your passport must be submitted at the time of booking.

• A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the pilgrimage dates and two passport-size photos are required.

• Registration closes April 15, 2027 or when all spots are filled whichever comes first.

• Remaining Balance: Payable in Kathmandu before the commencement of the pilgrimage.

  The balance may be settled in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Detailed payment instructions will be provided closer to departure.

• In the unlikely event that the pilgrimage is cancelled by Spiritual Himalaya or its operating partners, all payments made to date will be refunded in full.

• In case of global health emergencies (e.g., COVID), a full refund will be provided with no cancellation charges.

• Participants are strongly advised not to purchase international flights until the pilgrimage has been confirmed. Once the minimum group size has been reached, all registered participants will be notified immediately by email, allowing ample time to arrange flights and travel plans.

• We intentionally keep this pilgrimage small to create a more personal and meaningful experience. Spaces are limited and early registration is recommended.

Note for Chinese Visa & Tibet Travel Permit:

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Currently, citizens of many European countries and several other nationalities are eligible for visa-free entry to China.

Participants who qualify under the applicable visa-free policy generally do not need to obtain a Chinese Group Visa or pay the associated visa fee.

All participants require a Tibet Travel Permit, which will be arranged by our local operating partner, Spiritual Expeditions Nepal.

Visa policies are subject to change. We will confirm each participant's individual visa requirements and provide detailed guidance well in advance of the pilgrimage.
